We are an association of retired members from Allahabad Bank, Andhra Bank, Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, Indian Bank, UCO Bank, United Bank of India, State Bank of Hyderabad, and Vijaya Bank.  Defaulted members from Allahabad Bank, United Bank of India, Indian Bank are no longer represented by us.
Pioneers in the field of Labour Law, Court Cases,we have filed a series of Court cases against managements of various Banks in respect of improper payment pension amount, non-payment of pension, less payment of Gratuity etc.
We have to our credit winning nearly 155 cases on Gratuity for interest on delayed payment.
A total of Rs. 8,00,000 is recovered from the Bankers.
In addition, as a result of our Supreme Court case on 5 year benefit, amount in crores has been paid by Bankers to retirees.
Income Tax Relief u/s 89(1) was fought and got by us.
Interest on interest for the delay is also taken up and won.
Presently our leading case is admitted in Supreme Court for improper implementation of Voluntary Retirement Scheme which includes
1. Payment of pension on last drawn average salary
2. Revised Commutational benefit based on last drawn
    average salary.
3. Reduced payment of Leave Encashment to all retirees.
4. Non-payment of proper Dearness Relief to Retirees.
5. Notional benefit of 5 years of Qualifying service.
